Delegates are assigned a committee and a country or role by the Secretariat.

Research and prepare
Study the topic guide, write a position paper and prepare an opening speech.

Debate in committee
Take the floor, negotiate in caucus and co-sponsor a draft resolution.
Registration
Registration opens September 20.
Be ready to take your seat at DMUN.
How to apply
Applications are handled by the Secretariat. Write to DMUN through the official channels to register your interest and receive the registration details.
What to expect
Before you arrive
Who can apply
School and university students in Dushanbe. No prior Model UN experience is required.
What to prepare
A position paper for your assigned country and an opening speech of about one minute.
What to bring
Formal attire, printed research, and a notebook. Devices are permitted at the dais's discretion.
Languages
Working language of committee is published with each session announcement.
